Fact history

Facts change. Memory keeps the old version instead of overwriting it.

When a fact changes, the new fact supersedes the old one. The old fact stays in the history with the dates it was valid, and searches return the current facts.

Show history on the Memory tab lists superseded facts. Editing a fact saves a new version and keeps the old one; a small typo fix can change a fact in place.

Deleting a fact is for good. If it had replaced an older fact, that older fact becomes current again.
